Twenty years managing residential assets for ultra high net worth families, including some of the most prominent family offices and estate operations in the country. $1.5 billion in property.
Across all of it I recognized the same pattern. While residences were sophisticated and intentionally designed, the operations behind them had grown up piece by piece without structure and accountability. Spending was a default, not a decision. Little of the operating history had ever been written down.
The RAM Standard™ came out of that experience. It stems from best practices I developed, and every property THE RAM GROUP manages is held to it now.

These materials are made available to clients electronically through a private digital library or transferred directly to the client for ongoing use.
